About Us
Casual Minds Matter C.I.C. is a Burnley-based community interest company providing accessible mental health, wellbeing and housing support. Our Howe Walk base operates as a casual clothing shop — people can walk in without feeling labelled.
We combine professional counselling with hands-on housing casework, group support, and community recovery — meeting people where they are, before crisis deepens.

Counselling, trauma-informed therapy, Brainspotting, The Rewind Technique, and peer-led group support in a calm, non-clinical environment.
Housing stability casework, tenancy sustainment, move-on support, and practical help with benefits, debt, identification and referrals.
Alcohol and substance misuse workshops, peer-led recovery groups, social prescribing partnerships, and community-based engagement.
