About Us

A trusted front door for people in need

Casual Minds Matter C.I.C. is a Burnley-based community interest company providing accessible mental health, wellbeing and housing support. Our Howe Walk base operates as a casual clothing shop — people can walk in without feeling labelled.

We combine professional counselling with hands-on housing casework, group support, and community recovery — meeting people where they are, before crisis deepens.
