35+ years in management. Extensive experience in homelessness, mental health, and rehabilitation. Supports CMM's strategic direction and community partnerships.
Practitioners
Director of Counselling
IBA Hons in Counselling & Psychotherapy. Qualified supervisor. Specialist in Brainspotting and The Rewind Technique for trauma recovery. Brings clinical depth to CMM's therapeutic offer.
Mental Health Practitioner
RGN, RMN, BA(Hons). Person-centred accreditation. EMDR trained. Combines nursing expertise with therapeutic skills to support people with complex overlapping needs.
Community
Our strength comes from the community around us. Local people fundraise, volunteer, and spread the word — because they've seen the difference CMM makes.
An active, engaged community sharing our work, attending groups, and supporting each other online and in person.
A recent community donation of £520 funded approximately 90 group therapy sessions — exceptional value for every pound raised.
Local families organise fundraising events, sponsored challenges, and awareness campaigns in memory of loved ones — turning loss into positive change.
