Matthew Largey has sold his belongings and set off on a round-the-world trip, raising money for Casual Minds Matter along the way while documenting his own mental health journey.
Matthew, who is sharing his travels on social media under the name TravelADHD, said the trip is partly about looking after his own wellbeing and partly about giving something back to an organisation that supports people going through their own challenges.
"This journey is something I need to do for myself, but I also want it to mean something more," he said. "If raising awareness and funds can help even one person get the support they need, then it will mean a lot."
His fundraising page is open for donations, with all proceeds going to CMM's work in Burnley. The journey can be followed on Instagram at @travel.adhd.
